About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ReachOut Technology plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth by generating and scheduling high-value appointments with potential clients. This position involves engaging with prospects, managing follow-ups, and maintaining records in the CRM system, all while being the first point of contact for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Connect and engage with potential clients from the provided lead list.
  • Set up crucial meetings between potential clients and the Sales Team.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups to keep the conversation going with prospects.
  • Manage and maintain records of all interactions and appointments within the CRM system.
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospects from the lead list.
  • Craft and send compelling emails to encourage prospects to take the next step.
  • Coordinate and manage the Sales Team's calendars for prospect meetings.
  • Provide regular updates on outreach activities and appointment-setting performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in appointment setting and/or cold calling.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with people.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for organization and record-keeping.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
