About the position

Stratus Building Solutions is seeking a part-time Appointment Setter/Inside Sales Representative to drive business-to-business sales for a rapidly growing green commercial cleaning company. The role focuses on cold calling and setting appointments, requiring a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a knack for sales. The company offers a competitive base salary along with performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities

  • Solicitation and qualification of sales appointments.
  • Keeping current daily records of contacts to maintain a solicitation record and for re-solicitation.
  • Maintain and recommend updates of materials and registers used in the identification and solicitation of clients.
  • Navigate the internet, email, Google Workspace (calendar, drive), Google Docs, Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
  • Work with assigned Regional Director in meeting appointment objectives and maintain a system to trade performance against objectives.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • 3 years of experience in cold calling and prospecting.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
