About the position

The Appointment Setter Specialist plays a crucial role in business development, focusing on sales activities to contribute to the company's growth and profitability. This remote position requires effective communication skills, particularly in both English and Spanish, to interact with prospects and customers, assist the sales team, and maintain positive relationships. The role involves outbound calling, customer service, and reporting on sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to offer services and products and gather feedback from prospects.
  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and assistance to prospects via phone or email.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update prospect databases and records.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels as needed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for the sales team and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales software/tools, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Sales or customer service experience with a minimum of 2 years of outbound calls experience.
  • Good phone etiquette and appointment setter skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
