In this role, the technician will be responsible for various daily procedures and paperwork associated with their assigned technician. The job requires excellent communication skills, as the technician will need to interact with both team members and clients effectively. Punctuality and a neat appearance are essential, with company-provided uniforms to maintain a professional image. A positive, can-do attitude is crucial, as is the ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Assist with equipment interconnection and cable routing
  • Follow pre-wire and retro-wire standards and practices
  • Perform category and coax cable termination
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting of simple systems
  • Deliver parts to job sites
  • Assist technicians in the field
  • Complete other tasks as needed around the office or job sites

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
  • Familiarity with desktop and mobile computing
  • Clean driving record and background check
