About the position

The Apprentice, Digital Marketing at Fiserv will play a crucial role in driving the strategy and execution of B2B demand generation programs specifically for Carat. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to make a significant impact in the fintech and payments industry. The apprentice will collaborate closely with various teams, including channel marketing, sales, product marketing, and brand and communications, to ensure that the goals of the Carat and broader Merchant Solutions organization are met effectively. A strong analytical mindset is essential, as the apprentice will focus on optimizing marketing channels to support business growth. The position involves working with both internal marketing teams and external agency partners to implement successful media campaigns across various platforms, including paid media, web, email, events, and other core channels. The apprentice will also be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs, which will inform demand generation initiatives. Managing the execution of demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and events, will be a key responsibility. Staying current with industry best practices and trends is vital, as the apprentice will apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in demand generation strategies.

Responsibilities

Requirements
