About the position

The Adult Protective Services (APS) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and improving program performance through data collection and analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, procurement, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The position is hybrid, allowing for remote work after an initial on-site orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze statistical program data for performance improvement.
• Interpret and apply relevant program policies and procedures.
• Identify and analyze business problems and recommend solutions.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities with frequent interruptions.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.
• Previous experience in financial, claims, or procurement is preferred.
• Intermediate financial skills for analyzing procurement, budgeting, and claims processes.
• Ability to learn and apply relevant program rules and regulations, especially around federal grants.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to program needs.
• Proficiency in common computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in procurement is a plus.
