About the position

The Aqua Fitness Instructor role at Fit For LYFE involves leading aquafit classes for individuals of varying skill levels. This part-time internship position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead aquafit classes for participants of all skill levels.
• Create safe and effective class sequences with appropriate modifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for class participants.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Ensure proper communication and engagement with class participants.

Requirements

• Valid AED Certification is required.
• Any approved aqua-fitness certification is necessary.
• Experience teaching fitness classes for at least 1 year is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safe and effective movements, including modifications for different body types and abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Availability to work weekends is required.

• Experience leading specialty Aqua classes.
