About the position
The Aquarium Technician, also referred to as Fish Doctor, is a part-time contract role focused on providing aquarium services to clients in homes and businesses along the San Francisco peninsula and Coastside to Half Moon Bay. The position requires a dependable individual who can work at least two days a week, with the possibility of three. Training and tools are provided, making it accessible for entry-level candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide aquarium services at client locations.
- Transport tools and equipment to various job sites.
- Ensure client satisfaction through quality service.
- Maintain and repair aquarium systems as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Driver's License required.
- Mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostics experience preferred.
- Customer service skills are essential.
- Handyman experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate computers for service management.
Nice-to-haves
- Automotive repair experience.
- Experience in aquarium maintenance or related fields.
