The Aquatic Invasive Species Budget Coordinator (Financial Analyst III) position at the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources involves managing the budget for the Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) program. Responsibilities

• Ensure program expenses are managed appropriately
• Communicate with state and federal agencies, partner organizations, and other entities regarding applicable budget and funding issues
• Help develop, oversee, and evaluate the AIS program budget
• Provide oversight for program budget, cooperative agreements, and contracts
• Ensure adherence to applicable purchasing policies and procedures

Requirements

• At least 3 years of demonstrated successful work experience in a budget and accounting field
• A bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, public administration, or a related field
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite software products
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well with diverse people
