About the position

The Aquatics Program Manager at the YMCA of Southern Maine is responsible for overseeing the Aquatics program, ensuring alignment with the organization's priorities and values. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Relevant certifications including lifeguard, CPR, and swim instruction.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in software systems and detail-oriented approach.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
