The AR/AP Admin will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the financial operations of the company. Duties include mailing invoices and statements to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts, reviewing terms of customer sales and service contracts to determine payment schedules, and conferring with customers by telephone to establish payment schedules. Additionally, the role involves reviewing delinquent accounts for forwarding to collection attorneys and maintaining daily and weekly activity reports. This position is essential for ensuring the financial health of the company and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Mails invoices/statements to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
  • Reviews terms of customer sales/service contracts and determines payment schedule.
  • Confers with customers by telephone in an attempt to determine payment schedule.
  • Reviews delinquent accounts for forwarding to collection attorney.
  • Maintains daily and weekly activity reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Construction, Insurance Restoration.
  • Experience with Quick Books/Master Builder preferred.
