About the position

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivable data.
  • Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.
  • Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization by sending bills reminders and contacting clients.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Proven working experience as an accounts receivable clerk.
  • Proficiency in MS Office particularly excel.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
