Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Clerk to join their rapidly growing accounting team in Westlake Village, California. This role involves processing full-cycle A/R, handling over 200 invoices weekly, and requires a self-starter with high attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Enter, post, and reconcile batches of accounts receivable transactions.
• Research and resolve customer A/R issues.
• Prepare aging reports and maintain cash receipts journal.
• Place billing and collection calls to clients.
• Update and reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger.
• Perform basic accounting tasks including accounts payable and payroll liaison activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance financial data in various ledgers.
• Input timesheet data and verify documents and codes.
• Process payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports.
• Support and communicate the mission, values, and culture of the organization.
• Provide information to shippers, customers, and other stakeholders as requested.
• Assist in collections by contacting clients to resolve payment issues and setting up payment plans.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts receivable and basic accounting tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices.
• Ability to handle high volume of transactions (200+ invoices per week).
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and collections.
