Responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, ensuring up-to-date records
• Communicate with clients to arrange and collect payments
• Record payments accurately in the system
• Prepare reports and balance sheets to track profits and losses
• Update client accounts as needed

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in accounts receivable or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in a high-volume environment
