We are offering a role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Fremont, California. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, general ledger activities, and month-end close processes. This position requires a self-motivated and reliable individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to work off hours and/or overtime when necessary. The role is based on-site at our headquarters in Fremont, CA, and requires 100% on-site work capability. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work with multiple billing entities and will be involved in term and progress billings, which are essential for the role. Experience in the construction industry is a must, as the candidate will need to navigate the specific financial processes and requirements associated with this sector. Familiarity with software tools such as Textura, GC Pay, and Level Set is preferred but not mandatory. The candidate should also be comfortable interacting with team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Month-end close experience within the construction industry is required, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up to date at the end of each month.
