About the position
As an Arabic-Speaking Call Center Representative at Neighborhood Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential support and information regarding their healthcare needs. Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide information regarding healthcare services.
- Schedule appointments and guide patients through the healthcare process.
- Ensure a positive experience for patients and their families through exceptional communication skills.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- One year of customer service experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Arabic/English bilingual required.
Nice-to-haves
- One year of call center and/or healthcare patient services experience preferred.
