In the role of Project Architect, we'll count on you to lead a multidiscipline team and perform layout and detailing on architectural projects. You will independently coordinate the work of a multidiscipline team through multiple phases of a project, establishing owner/client and internal meetings, and participating in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance. Conducting work sessions at the project site in conjunction with the Project Manager and other disciplines will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will coordinate the workload of team members through multiple phases to complete documents on schedule, review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines, and perform QA/QC and technical reviews. Writing and editing architectural specifications, coordinating with and assisting affected disciplines with addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders, and incorporating agreed-upon changes into project documents will also be part of your role. You may lead projects in a dual management role as needed and provide construction contract administration as required.
