About the position

Corgan is seeking a dynamic Architect to join their Data Center team. This role involves collaborating with a team of creative individuals to tackle full life cycle projects, generating innovative design solutions, and participating in the development of construction documentation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about architecture and eager to take on more responsibilities to enhance their expertise.

Responsibilities

• Assisting on full life cycle projects
• Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
• Translating concepts and information into images
• Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
• Assisting with contract administration responsibilities
• Coordinating with a variety of consultants

Requirements

• Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in commercial architecture preferred
• Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing
• Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus
• Professional registration or anticipation of registration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexible attitude
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
• Confident presentation ability
• Familiarity with coordinating project deliverables and clients
• Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination
