Corgan is actively seeking an experienced, registered Architect to join our Data Centers practice in New York. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about great design and are eager to work on innovative and challenging projects across the U.S. and internationally. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with some of the world's largest and most innovative clients, contributing to the design of critical infrastructure that meets evolving needs. Our Data Centers team is known for its intricate designs that integrate seamlessly with urban infrastructures, and we are committed to fostering personal and professional growth through diverse project responsibilities and leadership roles. In this role, you will be involved in the full life cycle of projects, from generating creative design solutions to translating concepts into detailed images. You will participate in the exploration and completion of usable construction document detailing solutions, assist with contract administration, and coordinate with various consultants. Responsibilities

  • Assisting on full life cycle projects
  • Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
  • Translating concepts and information into images
  • Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
  • Assisting with contract administration responsibilities
  • Coordinating with a variety of consultants

Requirements

  • Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial architecture preferred
  • Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing
  • Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus
  • Professional registration or anticipation of registration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible attitude
  • Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
  • Confident presentation ability
  • Familiarity with coordinating project deliverables and clients
  • Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required
