About the position

The Architect & Designer Sales Manager (ADSM) at Cosentino is responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to enhance product awareness and acceptance in the contract design and commercial segments. This role involves engaging with architects, designers, and contractors to drive sales of Cosentino's innovative surfacing products, while also maintaining strong relationships and ensuring successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage short- and long-term sales plans targeting architectural and design firms, developers, and corporate accounts.
  • Execute sales plans within agreed timelines and manage sales budgets effectively.
  • Promote Cosentino's products through formal presentations to architects and designers.
  • Represent Cosentino at local chapter events for ASID, IIDA & AIA and other associations.
  • Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project details in the Salesforce CRM and ensure timely communication across all parties involved in sales implementation.
  • Commit to continual learning about Cosentino products and provide recommendations to senior management based on market insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or commercial projects.
  • 2+ years of experience interacting with multiple levels within commercial industry projects.
  • 1+ year of business development experience.
  • High School diploma or GED required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in stone fabrication or distribution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
