About the position

KinoD is seeking a talented Architect/Project Manager to join their team in Arlington, TX. This role involves designing and creating exceptional spaces that enhance communities through innovative architectural solutions. The Architect will contribute to various real estate projects, including single-family and multi-family residential, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial properties, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and codes.

Responsibilities

• Understand city, state, and federal codes and ordinances pertaining to real estate development
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create innovative and functional architectural designs for various real estate properties
• Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant regulations and codes
• Participate in project meetings and provide valuable input to enhance the design and development process
• Conduct site visits and assessments to support the project development process
• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure the successful execution of projects

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Proven experience in architectural design and development, preferably in the real estate industry (+3 years)
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
