About the position

As a Mid-Level Architect at Gensler, you will collaborate with a team of architects and designers to deliver exceptional architectural projects. Your role will involve leveraging your industry experience and technical skills to guide client projects from initial concept through to construction, ensuring innovative solutions to complex design challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges
• Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials
• Maintain project manual and specifications
• Conduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFIs during construction

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Licensed or registered architect required
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial design firm, including commercial interiors
• 4+ years of experience working in Revit
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures
