• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure conformity to approved designs.
• Act as a liaison between clients and project teams, addressing design-related queries.

Requirements

• Licensed Architect in the state of California.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, AI tools, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of California Building Code (CBC), zoning laws, and permitting processes.
