About the position

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for custom, high-end residential design and a strong understanding of architectural principles, along with the ability to manage projects from conception through completion. This role requires collaboration with clients, engineers, builders, and other trade partners to create functional and beautiful homes that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural designs that meet client specifications and code requirements.
• Utilize CAD software, including Revit and AutoCAD, to create detailed drawings and models.
• Draft project proposals while ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Manage project schedules effectively to ensure timely completion of all phases of the project.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into designs.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and submit Construction Documents for building permits and approvals.

Requirements

• A 4-year degree in Architecture is required.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD) is essential for this role.
• Strong skills in project scheduling, drafting, and sketching are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects is highly recommended for consideration.
