About the position

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team, focusing on projects in New Jersey and Florida. The role involves producing full sets of construction drawings for new construction projects, managing junior-level staff, and coordinating with engineering trades. The Architect will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building codes and a solid understanding of multi-family and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce full sets of construction drawings for new construction projects.
• Manage junior-level staff and oversee their work.
• Coordinate with all engineering trades involved in projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee projects from inception through completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of architectural experience within the construction drawing phase.
• Full proficiency using REVIT.
• Strong knowledge of building codes.
• Ability to produce full sets of construction drawings.
• Bachelor of Architecture; Registered Architect is a plus.
• Experience with new construction and integrating into CD sets.
• Experience communicating with engineers, contractors, and clients.
