As an Architect/Architectural Associate, you will be involved in various projects that focus on educational facilities and other learning environments. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Architecture degree or higher and have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an architectural office. Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with basic knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp. Strong rendering and graphic skills are also required, as well as solid self-organization and time management abilities. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $90,000, based on overall candidate qualifications and experience, and operate within a hybrid work model that supports flexibility between office time and remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative design solutions for educational facilities.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring accountability and ownership of work.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Utilize Revit and Adobe Creative Suite to create detailed architectural designs and presentations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an architectural office.
  • Bachelor of Architecture degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Strong rendering and graphic skills.
  • Solid self-organization and time management abilities.
  • Clear and confident communication style and problem-solving initiative.
