About the position

The Architectural Administrative Aide will support the Schools' District Architect and the Facilities Planning and Construction management team by performing various administrative duties and managing assigned projects. This full-time position is based in the Facilities Planning and Construction Department and is essential for ensuring efficient operations within the department.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the District Architect with administrative tasks.
  • Manage and complete assigned projects related to facilities planning and construction.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
  • Maintain records and documentation for projects and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a recognized college with a major in architecture, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with microcomputers and relevant software applications.
  • Possession of a valid California driver's license and availability of private transportation.
