In this role, you will be part of a small team that follows projects from Concept Design through Construction Administration. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $62,000 to $82,000 annually, depending on experience and licensure. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members on design projects from concept through construction administration.
• Prepare construction documents and detailing for various projects.
• Utilize digital modeling and rendering software to create visual representations of designs.
• Conduct research on building technology and construction techniques to inform design decisions.
• Present research and design ideas clearly and effectively to clients and team members.

Requirements

• A professional degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited school.
• 1-5 years of experience in architectural design.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in work.
• Interest in building technology, construction techniques, and architectural detail.
• Experience with construction documents, detailing, digital modeling, rendering, and graphics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to condense, categorize, and present research and ideas clearly.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to relocate.
