Responsibilities

• Take ownership of residential projects from conception through completion.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and present design concepts.
• Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing residential designs.
• Balance independent work with effective collaboration with team members.
• Oversee all phases of residential projects, including planning, design, and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field (accredited degree preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience with wood framed construction in related design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit with a solid understanding of architectural concepts.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and project updates.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with Building Codes and Zoning regulations.

Nice-to-haves

• Licensed Architect or on the path to licensure preferred.
• Experience in single family, senior living, student housing, and regional builder product design preferred.
