Requirements

• Degree from an accredited architecture program.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of architectural design and production of construction documents.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years CAD experience in California single-family residential projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Experience processing clearances.
• Ability to multi-task and schedule work with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Superior communication and organization skills.
