An established architectural firm, recognized as one of the best places to work in the metro area, is seeking a highly motivated Architectural Designer to join their dynamic team of architects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a variety of projects across multiple industries, contributing to the preparation of architectural presentations, construction drawings, and documents. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Architect, utilizing their skills in AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality design work that meets the needs of both public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings.
• Review design documents and construction estimates.
• Assist in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings.
• Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design or drafting.
• Degree in Architecture preferred.
• Experienced in using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team.
• Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats.
