About the position

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer/Drafter to join our team, responsible for creating accurate architectural drawings and plans that meet project specifications. The role requires a strong understanding of architectural design principles and local building codes, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. The designer will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure all designs are accurately represented and compliant with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to refine and integrate design concepts.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
• Ensure all drafts comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and future reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in CAD software; experience with Revit is a plus.
• Solid understanding of architectural drafting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Previous experience in an architectural or engineering firm is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive.
