The Architectural Designer/Drafter position in Enterprise involves working closely with a team of architects to prepare architectural presentations, construction drawings, and documents for a variety of projects. Responsibilities

• Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings
• Review design documents and construction estimates
• Assist in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
• Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience
• Degree in Architecture preferred
• Experienced in using AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques
• Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team
• Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats
