About the position

The Architectural Designer for the Healthcare team at Bermello Ajamil, a Woolpert Company, will be responsible for applying architectural principles and practices across various assignments and building types. The role involves translating conceptual ideas into detailed plans and construction documents, ensuring high-quality design and compliance with project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Fully competent in all conventional aspects of architecture.
• Independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity.
• Performs analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts.
• Prepares project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data.
• Writes reports and specifications.
• Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates and calculations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in Architecture.
• Must have, at minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; Master's Degree a plus.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Sketchup.
• Advanced-level competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
