• Create comprehensive drawing sets including plans, elevations, sections, and details

• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
• Implement design revisions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain project timelines while ensuring documentation quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential architectural documentation
• Expert-level proficiency in Chief Architect software
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and materials
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
