Bespoke Only is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Brooklyn, NY. As an interior design firm, we pride ourselves on our collaborative work environment where integrity and open communication are paramount. The ideal candidate will be involved in a variety of projects, both residential and commercial, contributing to the design process from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive approach to design, with a focus on developing comprehensive drawing sets, technical documents, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) specifications. The successful candidate will work closely with the project manager, assisting in drafting, construction management, and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Developing design work including drawing sets, technical documents, and FF&E.
• Supporting project manager on drafting, construction management, and communication.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an interior/architecture firm.
• Excellent skills in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, and SketchUp.
• Experience in construction administration.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Detail-oriented; proactive; responsible; self-starter; solution seeker.
• Willing to travel and must drive.
