About the position

As a Community Associate at WeWork, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the community, embodying the WeWork brand and values. Your role will involve managing front desk operations, engaging with members, and ensuring the building runs smoothly. You will support the Community Management team in fostering a welcoming environment, driving member engagement through events, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Cover the front desk during business hours and be an on-site point of contact.
  • Greet members and guests warmly and ensure compliance with guest policies.
  • Build relationships with members and guests to enhance community engagement.
  • Keep the front desk organized and notify members of deliveries.
  • Provide feedback on events and assist in promoting them.
  • Celebrate member milestones and distribute event information.
  • Manage mail and packages, ensuring organization and proper handling.
  • Support building operations, including managing keys and emergency equipment.

Requirements

  • College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required.
  • Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, and accountability.
  • Passion for entrepreneurial communities and understanding of WeWork's mission.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.
