Your role will involve performing architectural design assignments using prescribed methods and standards. You will engage with clients and subcontractors to design interior space layouts and the exterior appearance and detailing of our client's advanced facilities. This position requires strong design capabilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in hand sketches and computer-based 3D illustration tools. Responsibilities

  • Perform architectural design assignments using prescribed methods and standards.
  • Engage with clients and subcontractors to design interior space layouts and exterior appearances.
  • Utilize strong design capabilities and communication skills to create effective designs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project success and innovation.
  • Use computer-aided drafting and design software to produce high-quality architectural designs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Computer Aided Drafting and Design software knowledge (Revit and others).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Architectural Design.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Architectural Design.
  • Experience with SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and InDesign.
  • Demonstrated experience with Revit.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary, international teams.
  • Industrial design experience including semiconductor facilities or similar.
