About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Project Manager to lead our design and construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture and project management, with expertise in various design software. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Utilize design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, and SolidWorks to create detailed architectural plans and models.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Prepare project documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members in design techniques and software usage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software including Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, SolidWorks, and CAD.
  • Strong understanding of system design principles and graphic design concepts.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards is preferred.
