About the position

Join our Houston team as an Architectural Designer specializing in custom residential projects. This role focuses on creating exceptional designs and construction of high-end custom homes, leveraging a solid financial foundation and a reputation for excellence. Responsibilities

• Lead design and review meetings with high-end clients and produce construction documents using Revit.
• Assist with plan submittals for various approvals and perform the Takeoff/Bidding process.
• Collaborate with project teams for budgeting, scheduling, and specification production; act as a technical resource for materials and product evaluations.
• Prepare site and electrical plans, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and review in-progress drawings for technical accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture preferred or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the residential custom construction field.
• Proficiency in Revit and Lumion required.
• Ability to handle high volume work and experience in client interaction, working under a lead designer, and team collaboration.
