The Architectural Designer/Project Manager role at a full-service design and construction firm involves providing site and space planning for various construction projects. The position emphasizes collaboration with project managers and engineers, ensuring compliance with building codes and local regulations, and producing architectural documents for permits and construction. Responsibilities

• Provide site and space planning for construction project managers
• Design and rendering capabilities
• Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants
• Prepare presentation drawings as required
• Attend client meetings and coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers
• Review project scope with construction project managers
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
• Review and coordinate construction documents content with construction project manager and consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 2-5 years' experience in commercial, light industrial, or multi-family projects
• Ability to develop preliminary designs into construction documents
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
• Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
• 3D modeling/rendering experience preferred
