About the position

Responsibilities

• Provide design services and create construction documents for various projects.
• Involve in all aspects of projects from design to construction documentation.
• Visit construction sites as needed to ensure project compliance and quality.
• Complete construction drawings with minimal supervision.
• Utilize Revit for design and documentation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent experience (2-4 years).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in working on construction documents.
• Experience with American codes and permitting.
• Experience in single-family residential and light commercial projects preferred.
• Ability to produce construction drawings with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Revit software.
• Basic understanding of construction processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in engineering (MEP/Electrical/Structural) is a plus.
• Licensure as an architect is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
