The Architectural Designer position at Cyntergy involves assisting in all aspects of architectural document production within a multi-discipline project team. The role focuses on architectural design using Building Information Modeling (BIM) and point cloud laser scanning, while also coordinating with project teams to produce construction documents. Responsibilities

• Assist in architectural document production for various projects.
• Work within a multi-discipline project team of architects and engineers.
• Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) for architectural design.
• Manipulate point cloud data from laser scanning for project documentation.
• Coordinate with project leads and managers on drawing production.
• Maintain project files using established systems.
• Travel locally and nationally for documenting existing conditions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit or equivalent BIM software.
• Knowledge of laser/Lidar scanning and point cloud manipulation is a plus.
• Experience with MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills.
