Responsibilities

• Field measuring and CAD documentation of existing buildings.
• Schematic Design Phase Services.
• Project design and preparation of Construction Documents.
• Building code and zoning analysis.
• Construction Phase Services.
• Enthusiasm for coordinating and collaborating with project team members.
• Ability to contribute in a collaborative and positive manner to team discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 1-3+ years of professional experience in an architectural office.
• High proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD software.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit software (preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
