Responsibilities

• Prepare complete architectural drawings from design sketches.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines as required.
• Communicate with clients, coordinate work with structural engineers, MEP engineers, and the City.

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential drafting experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup (Revit a plus, but not required)
• Ability to set up complete and accurate construction documents
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of current city building codes
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to organize, maintain and archive projects

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in commercial projects is a plus, but not required
