In the role of designer, you will participate in the design and documentation of multi-family residential, senior living, and TK-14 school developments. We are seeking individuals who are energetic, motivated, and technically proficient to join our collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with project team on various phases of projects from conceptual design through construction administration.
• Produce design and construction drawings in Revit format that are complete and accurate.
• Manage own schedule and workload, completing tasks assigned in a timely manner.
• Conduct jobsite visits and other construction administration tasks as applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Architecture program required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an architectural office required.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Strong design skills are necessary.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and InDesign is appreciated.
• Experience with sustainable building systems such as LEED BD+C or LEED for homes or Green Point Rating are a plus.
