About the position

The Architectural Designer position at OFL Group is a full-time role focused on delivering high-quality architectural designs across various project types, including hospitality, retail, commercial, office, and multi-family developments. The successful candidate will engage in all phases of design, from initial concept through to construction completion, utilizing their design skills and knowledge of construction detailing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural construction drawings and designs using Revit.
• Collaborate on design concepts and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Rhino.
• Participate in site visits, assist with construction management, and monitor project progress.
• Research materials, building codes, and zoning to inform project decisions and specifications.
• Create sketches and visual concepts to communicate ideas effectively.
• Share insights and updates in team meetings.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Knowledge of construction processes and strong sketching ability.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.

Nice-to-haves
