About the position

An established, well-rounded architecture firm in Cleveland is seeking a highly motivated Architectural Designer to join their dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to participate in a variety of projects, preparing architectural presentations, construction drawings, and documents. The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of design, from conceptualization to construction documentation, and will work closely with the Project Architect to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit.
• Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings.
• Review design documents and construction estimates.
• Assist in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings.
• Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in architectural design.
• Degree in Architecture preferred.
• Experienced in using Revit software.
• Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team.
• Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats.
