A well-established, growing architecture firm is seeking an architectural designer to take full ownership of projects from conception to finishing details. This role involves scheduling, planning, managing, and executing multiple architecture projects, ensuring that all aspects are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will utilize software to design, sketch, and provide detailed drawings of proposed projects, while also understanding and adhering to state and local regulations regarding architecture. Effective communication is crucial, as the designer will need to relay information to staff, clients, and principals, fostering a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to spot and fix potential design flaws.
  • Ability to generate and deliver reports to stakeholders and team members.
