Responsibilities

• Prepare drawing sets through various phases from Schematic Design (SD) to Construction Documents (CD) using Revit.
• Produce conceptual renderings for clients and project presentations.
• Research compliance with code requirements, including ADA requirements.
• Communicate effectively and pay attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Identify and research products and materials for design packages.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Architectural Designer or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Adobe Design Suite/Creative Cloud.
• Strong verbal and visual presentation skills.
• Understanding of construction documents.
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Lumion and Bluebeam.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Registered with NCARB.
